Fuel is needed for all bodies to survive and thrive. Everyone has different fuelling needs and considerations.There are some basic habits that can be put into place to improve over all health. What/when/why/how/where you eat should not be all consuming, simple steps can have amazing impacts.

There is so much information out there about how you “should” eat. I don’t believe there is a singular way to eat. Different times and phases in life require someone to eat differently and none of that is the same as the person beside you. Flexibility in what, how and when you eat is the key. Find what works for you and keep checking in as life passes to make sure it is still working for you.

The last little nugget I want all women to think about when listening reading all of the diet information we are bombarded with. Ask if this was ever tested or looked at specifically for the female body and hormone cycles. To quote Dr. Stacy Sims “Women are not small men.” be aware of the lack of information pertaining to food recommendations and the female body.
