Hi I am Katharine Butler. A mom of two living in Calgary Alberta. I was always an athlete growing up and through adulthood kind of lost that part of myself. I didn’t realize how much I was missing it until I became a mom. Movement is what has brought be back to feeling like me years after having my kids.
Fuel and Movement are two necessary pieces in life. Both can be scaled and changed so many ways for different phases. My goal is to meet women where they are and work towards their personal goals.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and am a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. On the Nutrition side I have Precision Nutrition Certification and have gone through the Women are Not Small Men nutrition course by Dr. Stacy Sims.
My focus is women and supporting them through different phases in their life. The female body is amazing and needs to be supported through everything it can do. Female bodies are different than male bodies and need to be supported the proper way.
